When and where is the conference taking place?

The conference is scheduled for 23 October 2025 at The Vox, Resorts World, Birmingham, B40 1PU.

Where will I find the conference times and agenda?

Delegate registration is from 08:30am. The conference kicks off at 9:30am and concludes at 16:45pm.

Is free parking available at The Vox?

Parking is free of charge for all delegates, and is within the South 6 car park behind Resorts World. A ticket is given on entrance. Please bring this with you to the conference and the Vox team will validate your ticket.

Validating your parking ticket

Take your parking ticket to the validation machine just inside the entrance to the Vox. This is just after the registration area. There is no time limit before you exit - once validated it lasts all day. The Vox or 20:20 Innovation team members will be able to assist you.

How many CPD hours will I receive, and how do I access my certificate?

The conference is eligible for 4.55 verifiable CPD hours.

Once you have attended the conference, your CPD certificate will be made available in 'My 20:20 Innovation Training' in your Dashboard from 1PM on Tuesday 28th October 2025.

Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code but we recommend business/smart casual. 

Can I substitute or cancel my place?

To cancel a booked event or notify us of a substitute delegate please contact 20:20 Innovation by email at info@2020innovation.com. Substitute delegates can be made at any time without charge.

Complementary Conference Places for Platinum Members

If a Platinum Member wishes to cancel complimentary conference booking(s), the appropriate re-allocation of conference places will apply based on when notice of cancellation is received:

  • More than 7 days before the event, the complementary place will be reallocated back to the member in full.
  • 7 days or less before the event, the complementary place will have deemed to have been used and will not be available to use for future events.

Payable Events – The appropriate cancellation charge will apply based on the terms below. Where notice of cancellation is received:

  • More than 14 days before the event, you will receive a full refund.
  • Between 14 and 7 days prior to the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be made.
