Ian Cadby is one of the founding shareholders of Tiller Group (founded in 2015) with a vision to be a leading fintech specialising in creating digital technology for regulated entities within the financial services industry.

Ian Cadby is an experienced investment professional who having spent over 30 years trading derivatives in the hedge fund & investment bank industries then went on to lead successful award-winning investment businesses both within the hedge fund and wealth industries.

He has extensive experience in venture and private equity transactions. As CEO, in 2006 he led the Management buy-out of Liberty Ermitage, a Jersey headquartered Investment Management business, founded Ermitage Limited, and then in 2011 successfully sold the group to a European investment boutique.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, and Chairman of a UK stock Exchange premium listed investment company.
