Lisa Kerr FCA FCSI MCIPD ACC CALC, is a Chartered Accountant with a Corporate Finance and HR background. For over 20 years she held senior financial and operational roles, before setting up Think Exceptionally in 2020.

Lisa is Autistic and ADHD, saying “My brain is wired differently. I can absorb information, process it on the spot and create innovative solutions for clients. But Autism and ADHD present challenges in the workplace. I provide neurodiversity talks and training to businesses and coaching to individuals and groups.”
