Nick Wright

As a member of the ICAEW and CIOT and director of Jerroms Miller, Nick specialises in technical corporate tax planning and company reorganisations advising on a variety of projects including company reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and Employee Ownership Trusts, Employment Related Securities and employee share schemes both to end clients and to accountants and solicitors requiring support for their own clients.

Nick particularly enjoys finding solutions to planning projects in often very technical/complex taxation areas, as well as supporting clients to achieve the optimum solution to their business tax issue, whether that relates to selling their business, demerging, or rewarding employees.

Nick is a regular writer for various tax journals with articles published in Taxation, Tax Adviser and ICAEW Taxline.

Presenting regular lectures to fellow professionals through various CPD providers Nick also hosts the Jerroms Miller Knowledge Hub Technical Forum podcast.
