When and where is the conference taking place?
The conference takes place on Thursday 23 April 2026 at the National Conference Centre, Coventry Road, Bickenhill, B92 0EJ.

Delegate registration is from 08:30am. The conference kicks off at 9:30am and concludes at 5pm.

The conference is eligible for 5 verifiable CPD hours.
Once you have attended the conference, your CPD certificate will be made available in your Dashboard 'My 20:20 Innovation Training' from 1PM on Friday 24th April 2026.
Is there a dress code?
There is no strict dress code but we recommend business/smart casual.
Can I substitute or cancel my place?
To cancel a booked event or notify us of a substitute delegate please contact 20:20 Innovation by email at info@2020innovation.com. Substitute delegates can be made at any time without charge.
