This first module will give attendees a clear understanding of the principles of bookkeeping and the role it plays in business and accounting. By the end of this module, attendees will be able to explain key bookkeeping terminology and apply the accounting equation to simple business transactions.
A practical case study will be used throughout the modules to help attendees apply the principles covered.
The bookkeeping module series is aimed at early-career professionals in their first year in an accountancy practice, as well as those who would benefit from refreshing their bookkeeping skills.
