To support accountants in practice with information relevant to companies, in particular recent developments affecting directors and shareholders of SMEs, including changes to the law contained in the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill currently pending finalisation. We will also look at other hot topics in Business Law including changes in TUPE, data protection rules, professional negligence and other issues that arise prior to the course.
