OBJECTIVES

This sessions aims to provide an understanding of the ERS regime, when there may be a tax charge and how a tax charge would be calculated. The session will explain the basics of the ERS rules and explain how employees can be incentivised with share awards tax efficiently. We will also cover the reporting requirements which are all too often overlooked.
