Full Day CPD Catch-Up - Autumn

Objectives

To help the busy accountant keep up to date with their CPD, this session will round up on key developments across all technical areas over the last 6 months. We will draw out a range of practical tips and advice to implement in the firm.

The 6 monthly update will include news and guidance around:

• Accounting and auditing standards
• FRC, ICAEW and ACCA guidance including in relation to compliance areas and Practice Assurance
• Company law
• Tax issues for individuals
• Tax and VAT issues for businesses
• HMRC news
• Practice technology and the latest efficiency techniques

Please note that the update on auditing standards will be presented as the last session of the day, enabling an early finish for those not working in this area.
