To keep up with shifting organizational landscapes, leaders and employees must seek opportunities to reset, recalibrate, and improve their workplaces, practices, and outcomes, in terms of productivity, coordination, and personal balance. The aims of this session are threefold: 1) To foster a better understanding of the underlying principles of smart work, including the importance of mindset and the role of daily mental and physical energy. 2) To develop an understanding around the critical elements of personal productivity, incorporating key learnings from science including work on 4-day work week transitions. 3) To illuminate techniques to better organize and coordinate the workday to maximize productive potential as well as avoid and or eliminate common pitfalls to productivity.
Anyone who wants to work more productively or wants to lead more productive employees. Especially useful for partners, leaders, and managers seeking to get the most out of their staff.
