There are a vast number of case law decisions published each year from all level of the court system – but mainly the First Tier Tribunal. It is not always easy to understand how the decisions might impact on client’s tax affairs. The aim of this course is to consider the impact of the more important cases decided in the last 12 months and how it may affect planning for clients. We will not know the exact topics to be covered until nearer the time but we will pick those cases with the greatest impact across all taxes.
