Gavin Burton

Gavin is one of the co-founders and lead trainer for Beruku Knowledge. He served over 25 years as a detective in the Metropolitan Police and was trained in identity document examination by the National Document Fraud Unit. He has extensive multi-agency experience working across the law enforcement and national security community and was the operational lead for the Amberhill identity team. This involved designing the models for the coalition and sharing of false identity intelligence in order to prevent fraud and safeguard vulnerable members of society. Since leaving the police Gavin has worked across the identity validation industry providing strategic and operational expertise.
