Jenny Nelder BA FCA FTII

Jenny Nelder has been a partner in Bruce Sutherland & Co, an independent firm of unquoted company share and business valuation specialists, for 40 years.

Jenny’s experience includes valuations for tax purposes, negotiations with Shares and Assets Valuation of HM Revenue & Customs of values, business property relief and excepted assets, and also valuations for commercial purposes, such as the exit of one or more shareholders from a company. She has appeared in the First Tier Tribunal, in Court and at Mediations.

She lectures on share and business valuations for a number of professional bodies and contributes articles on the subject to the professional press from time to time.
