With a deep expertise in client acquisition, business development, and expansion, he has successfully built and managed teams of 250+ for global businesses.

His extensive experience also spans due diligence, M&A, negotiations, valuations, and restructuring, supported by a strong understanding of international legislation. As the founder and CEO of Pinnacle Global, Mayank is driven by a vision to create a future where geographical constraints are no barrier to building exceptional teams. He is dedicated to pioneering a new era of workplace flexibility, efficiency, and global collaboration, leveraging his first-hand experience of building successful ventures from the ground up to help businesses around the world do the same.
