Stuart Bailey

Stuart is the Head of People Transformation for Curium Solutions. Curium is an award-winning business transformation consultancy headquartered in the UK, with offices in Canada through a specialist consultancy and research centre of excellence for work time reduction, as well as in the US.

Stuart joined the Curium team after spending nearly 20 years at one of the UK’s largest energy suppliers, where he ran cultural change programmes across their 6000-strong customer service teams, and defined and shaped the strategy for quality coaching and operational effectiveness.

In addition to supporting work time reduction projects, Stuart is responsible for the design and development of the client experience at Curium, aligning key products and services into a simple and effective approach that places people first and aims to bring about cultural change.
