This introductory module provides a practical overview of the purpose of an audit and the role of a new trainee within the audit team. Participants will develop an understanding of how an audit is planned and performed, why audit evidence matters, and how their work contributes to delivering a high-quality audit in line with the requirements of the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
The course will be relevant to new accountants in their first year in practice.
